GameFi

GameFi is a term used to describe the combination of blockchain technology with gaming concepts to create a new type of gaming experience that enables players to earn rewards, trade virtual assets, and even generate income through various gameplay mechanics. In GameFi, players can own, trade, and utilize their in-game assets in a decentralized environment, where the ownership and control of assets are transferred to the players instead of game developers. This creates a new form of gaming that is more inclusive, transparent, and potentially lucrative for players. GameFi is a rapidly growing sector within the larger blockchain and gaming industries, with many new projects and platforms emerging to offer innovative gaming experiences.

However, with Gamefi's sudden rise in 2021 and the market's calm in 2022, some issues have emerged.

Almost all current Web3 games are of low quality and poor playability;

Most of the economic models are fund scams that aim to exploit investors;

The lack of responsibility and frequent cases of projects running away have occurred, even with NFT sales in games that never go online;

The outstanding works of major companies are still in the incubation stage, and there is no leading breakthrough product on the market.

We believe that in the Play&Earn model, focusing on creating a fun gaming experience, treating blockchain games as real gaming products, improving the quality and playability of games, and conducting in-depth game operations and version iterations, is the solution for sustainable GameFi.
